Automating business processes and internal systems

If a request lands in Telegram first, then gets copied into Excel by hand, forwarded to a colleague, and turns into a report several days later — that process can be automated.

Budget
от 12 000 000 сум · ≈ $1 000
Timeline
2–4 недели

A guide to the order of magnitude, not a fixed price. The dollar figure is approximate, at the current exchange rate. I quote the exact cost and timeline once we've been through the task.

01 / When you need this

  • The same data gets typed in by hand two or three times, in different places.
  • Requests go missing somewhere between chats, email and spreadsheets.
  • Nobody knows the current status until they ask one particular person.
  • The report for management is assembled by hand and is always late.
  • The whole process rests on one person and their Excel file.

02 / Typical outcome

  • A request enters the system once and then moves through statuses everyone can see.
  • Staff receive their tasks automatically instead of through message threads.
  • Reports build themselves and are available at any moment.
  • Manual steps that used to take hours a day disappear from the process.

The same principle throughout: data is entered once, and from there the system passes it on — not a person.

AK / 03IN_PRACTICE

What this looks like in practice

01

Requests moving from Telegram into Excel

The classic case: a client or an employee writes in a chat, a manager copies the details into a spreadsheet, sends them to the next department, and that department replies in a different chat. Instead, the request is created once through a form or a bot, goes straight into the database, is assigned to an owner and changes status as the work progresses. The chat stays — it just stops being where the data lives.

02

Approvals nobody can track

A purchase or spending request passes through several people. While the approval lives in calls and messages, nobody can say where it is stuck. An automated route shows the current step, the history of decisions and the deadlines — so a manager no longer has to chase it down.

03

Reporting that takes a week to assemble

Once the data is already in the system, reporting stops being a job of its own. The breakdowns you need are calculated automatically, and management sees the numbers on a dashboard instead of waiting for a summary spreadsheet.

AK / 05QUESTIONS

Common questions

Do we have to give up Excel entirely?

No. It is often better to keep Excel export for reporting, but take it out of the middle of the process, where it turns into moving data by hand.

Can you automate just one process?

Yes — and that is usually the right way to start. You take one process to a working state, and from there it becomes clear what makes sense to automate next.
