AK / ABOUTAMIN_AKHMEDJANOV

Amin Akhmedjanov — full-stack developer based in Tashkent
ROLE
FULL-STACK / SYSTEMS
BASED

2022

I take the technical side off your hands

I work out what is actually needed, understand the constraints, design the solution and build it — from business logic and interface through to backend, integrations and launch.

Understand the process before writing any code.

The solution has to stay readable to whoever maintains it next.

Interface design is part of the engineering, not decoration.

The system has to work after launch, not only in the demo.

How I work

First we talk through the task and agree on a clear direction for the solution. Then we lock in scope, timeline, cost, stages and sign-off. The detailed technical specification is produced after the deposit, as the deliverable of the first stage.

  1. 01Intro callWe go through the goal, how the process works today, who uses it, the constraints and what the result should be.
  2. 02A plain description of the solutionI put in writing what I propose to build, what is included in the scope and what you end up with.
  3. 03Outline technical planI explain the proposed technologies, integrations and architectural approach without unnecessary jargon.
  4. 04Agreeing the termsWe lock in scope, timeline, cost, stages, and how sign-off and payment work.
  5. 05Deposit and startAfter the deposit I produce the detailed specification as the first stage deliverable and start building.
  6. 06Staged deliveryI show the result after every stage: you review and sign it off on the schedule we agreed.
