I do not sell an off-the-shelf ERP, and I will not promise to replace your accounting software. I build a system around the process you actually run — whole, or one module at a time.
A guide to the order of magnitude, not a fixed price. The dollar figure is approximate, at the current exchange rate. I quote the exact cost and timeline once we've been through the task.
01 / When you need this
01 The CRM you rolled out is used at ten per cent, because it does not match how you work.
02 You need one module — requests, stock, procurement, approvals — not an entire system.
03 Management needs the real status of the work, not a summary over the phone.
04 Departments work in separate files and cannot see the data each other holds.
02 / Typical outcome
Every request and status in one place, with a history of what changed.
Staff see their own tasks; management sees the whole picture.
Reporting is calculated from data in the system instead of being assembled by hand.

What this looks like in practice
01
One module instead of a big system
It is almost always better to start with the one part that hurts: requests, procurement, spending approvals. A module launches sooner, pays for itself more visibly, and sets the architecture for everything that follows.
02
The system fits the process, not the other way round
Off-the-shelf products expect you to rebuild your work around them. If the process is what gives the company its edge, it costs less to build a tool around it than to break something that already works.
Is this a replacement for our accounting or CRM software? +
No. More often an internal system covers what the accounting software does not, and exchanges data with it through an integration where that is needed.
