A detailed spec isn't required. Describe the task in your own words — I'll ask what I need and suggest an approach.

Common questions
Do I need a written specification before we start?
No. Describing the task and how the process works today, in your own words, is enough. After we talk I put together a plain description of the solution and an outline technical plan. The detailed specification and architecture come later, as the deliverable of the first paid stage.
Can you work on a project that already exists?
Yes. I can join an existing codebase, work out how it is put together and make the changes you need.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. White-label and subcontract development is available: I join your client project as a developer and your client deals with you only.
Can the work be put on a formal footing?
Yes. I am registered as a sole proprietor in Uzbekistan. For companies and larger projects we can sign a contract and exchange documents through Didox, the Uzbek electronic document system. For a small job there is a simpler option: before we start, we put the task, timeline, cost, stages and payment terms in writing.
Can you build just one module rather than the whole thing?
Yes. There is no need to build the entire system at once — it is often better to start with a single process and grow the system from there.
What technologies do you work with?
Mainly Vue/Nuxt, React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Nest.js, Laravel, PostgreSQL, REST and GraphQL, the Telegram Bot API and Docker. The full list is on the About page.
Are there fixed prices or a minimum budget?
There is no hard minimum budget and no one-size price list. You can come with a single change, a module or a full project. Once we have been through the task I assess the scope and give you a clear price.
How does payment work?
Small project: 50% up front and 50% on sign-off. Mid-sized or large: 30% up front, 40% after an agreed working stage, and 30% before the final handover and production launch. Work starts once the deposit is paid.
What do I get at the end, and is there a warranty?
Once payment is complete you receive the source code, the access you need and the documentation. A 30-day warranty runs from launch: technical defects in the functionality we agreed are fixed at no cost, while new features and substantial changes are quoted separately.
