02 / The problem
What was needed was a working channel for enquiries, not just an online business card: a visitor has to understand what the company offers and reach a manager quickly.
04 / The solution
I built the entire site from scratch on my own: prepared the design and content, implemented the frontend, backend and enquiry forms, made the interface responsive and launched the project.
Getting enquiries to the managers
The forms are wired to a Telegram bot: every new enquiry lands straight in the managers work group.
RESULT
- The site was built from scratch and launched.
- Around 20 enquiries came through the site in the first month after delivery.
- New enquiries reach the managers automatically in Telegram.
