COVEX — a commercial real estate platform

01 / Context

COVEX manages commercial real estate in Tashkent. A visitor picks an office, compares specifications and lease terms, works out the cost and sends an enquiry.

02 / The problem

The site needed a clear path from first look at a property to getting in touch: a visitor has to find a suitable space quickly, understand what it costs and pass an enquiry to a manager.

03 / Constraints

• The catalogue has to stay usable as more properties are added.
• The main journeys have to work properly on mobile.
• The cost calculation has to make sense without a manager explaining it.

04 / The solution

I worked out the structure, created the design, built the frontend and backend, the property catalogue, the cost calculator and the enquiry forms, prepared and loaded the content, made it responsive and launched it to production.

The office selection journey

The catalogue, the property page, the calculator and the form are joined into one path, so a visitor never has to hunt for key information across separate pages.

The forms are wired to a Telegram bot: every new enquiry lands straight in the managers work group.
