02 / The problem
The client needed someone technical to set the architecture, keep an eye on the implementation and hold the contractors to the result that had been agreed.
04 / The solution
I set and agreed the architecture, oversaw the Shopify contractors, reviewed the quality of what they built, raised the changes that were needed and signed the work off through to final delivery. Where it was quicker, I made small code changes myself.
RESULT
- The project reached final delivery under technical oversight on the client side.
- The role is stated separately from the build itself: this store is not claimed as solely my work.
